Grand Union Canal Theddingworth

WELCOME TO THE UPDATED SECTION RELATED TO THE CANAL AT THEDDINGWORTH AND LAUGHTON

In south Leicestershire is a popular venue with club members, stretching from bridge 46 in the west to bridge 60 in the east,

this 3 1/2 mile section provides quality all year fishing.

This is the new section of canal aquired by the club the new section known as the Piggeries from bridge 46 now. adding another 5 bridge stretch of canal.

This canal stretch holds a good head of roach, perch, skimmers and bream with the odd carp to double figures.
By bridge 52 there are some lovely swims just as there are along the whole stretch I took some pictures and this is how it looks
as of October 2015. Its well worth a visit the fishing was great and the scenery was beautiful.
